Hibiscus Coast AFC is excited to announce the launch of our Term 4 Junior Development Program, designed to support the ongoing growth and progression of our young players while preparing for the 2027 season.
This program plays a key role in support players ready to progress into through our development pathway, providing a professional and enjoyable environment that focuses on developing both the player and the person.
Program Purpose
The Term 4 Junior Development Program aims to deliver high-quality training to enhance the technical, tactical, and physical abilities of our junior players. It is intended for those committed to improving their football and aspiring to reach higher levels within our club pathway.
Key Focus Areas
Technical Skills – Dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control
Tactical Understanding – Positioning, decision-making, and awareness
Physical Development – Speed, agility, and Repeat effort
Team Play – Communication, leadership, and collaboration
This program builds on the club’s core philosophy — Outplay, Outrun, Outthink — and is closely aligned with our Hibiscus Coast Academy curriculum, which focuses on purposeful possession, dynamic skill development, and competitive learning environments.
