What players will work on

Sessions will focus on:

  • Advanced ball mastery and technical execution

  • Passing, receiving, and decision-making under pressure

  • Movement, positioning, and game awareness

  • Small-sided and conditioned games to support tactical understanding

  • Confidence, communication, leadership, and teamwork

Where does this fit in our pathway

The programme is designed to:

  • Complement regular team football and support continued enjoyment of the game

  • Help players further develop skills, confidence, and good habits during key development years

  • Support players who wish to challenge themselves and explore future football opportunities

Progression is based on development, readiness, and enjoyment. Players can participate whether their goal is to continue playing socially with friends or to push themselves further within the club pathway.
